At Wish & Willow Jewelry, we understand the excitement of receiving your new treasures. That's why we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. We offer free standard shipping through USPS Priority Mail on all domestic orders over $35, and $12-$15 standard shipping through USPS Priority Mail on all domestic orders under $35, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days after 3-5 days for order processing.

Rest assured, we carefully package each item to protect it during transit, and we provide tracking information so you can stay updated on the status of your shipment. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages as a result of mistyped or incorrect addresses provided to us at checkout. If your order has not been delivered by the expected date, you may contact and file a claim with USPS.

Return Policies

All sales are final. 

Our rings are double checked to be the correct US size listed. Please make sure you know your finger size before ordering. If for some reason you order the wrong size, you are always able to get the ring resized at a local jeweler near you.
We absolutely accept returns for any quality mishaps. Although rare, please let us know if  you have issues with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. Refunds or repairs are welcome under this circumstance.

Don't ever hesitate to reach out for any reason. Most issues can easily be resolved.
